No. Many conversations start with simple curiosity. The first step is just a confidential conversation — no pressure, no obligation. We're looking for mutual fit, not a hard sell.

Is the conversation confidential?

Completely. We understand that exploring a move can be sensitive, especially if you're currently producing on another team. Nothing leaves the conversation.

What is the eXp Realty commission split in Canada?

An 80/20 split with a $16,000 annual cap. Once you cap, you keep 100% of every commission for the rest of your anniversary year. No franchise fees, no royalty fees, no desk fees — just a flat $25 per transaction.

Does the team provide leads, and how are they distributed?

Yes. We generate inbound opportunities through ranked SEO websites, YouTube, social content, and a nurtured database. Leads are distributed tied to responsiveness, follow-up, and accountability — paired with conversion training to actually close them. Full details are shared on the intro call.

Do you work with new agents?

Yes — if you're coachable and willing to work. eXp provides the technology and structure; the team provides daily coaching, scripts, accountability, and lead flow new agents need. Our bootcamp and first-90-days plan are built exactly for this.
