How do you determine what my home is worth?

The result is a pricing recommendation backed by data, not gut feel or online estimates.
Is now a good time to sell in Markham?
It depends on your neighbourhood and property type. Some pockets of Markham remain firmly in seller's market territory — Unionville and Berczy Village in particular. Others have softened. The right time to sell is when your personal circumstances align with market conditions, not the other way around. Should I renovate before selling?
Usually not — at least not broadly. Most full renovations don't return their cost at sale.
